Download the application, complete it, either mail in in to the PO Box or scan and email it to the Membership Chairman, mikemaurer@astound.net without payment. You may also drop it at my home by calling for directions. 812-490-0949. It must be delivered and input into the data base one week prior to the regular monthly meeting.
